Simple and effective paper machine generates strong, flexible, multi-layered cushions that offer proven transit protection together with economical void fill.

Customers are provided with a converting machine, which is loaded with a roll of material having two or three layers of paper. As this passes through the machine it is shaped and formed into a continuous cushion, which is cut off to the selected length.

Readily moulded and formed to cocoon even the most awkwardly shaped object
Stay firmly in place and do not separate or migrate
Easy to handle, clean in use and offer excellent product protection
Stock material is produced from 100% recycled paper and the cushion is both recyclable and biodegradable
