Cassette

The Easypack Cassette™ system operation is simple - each bag is automatically inflated by the inbuilt fan and is sealed and perforated ready to tear off at the press of a button. High quality welds prevent leakage and eliminate air loss in transit, the result is exactly the right amount of fill, every time, with no wastage.

• Bag length and percentage fill are controlled by the packer as the bag is formed
• Film is supplied on a rapid change "Cassette" - each generating up to 0.8 cubic metres of void fill
• Large volume bags work for big and small companies alike
• Wastage is eliminated as every bag is guaranteed to fill with air
• Minimum amount of material is used - means lower cost, lighter weight and less impact on the environment
• Bags are perforated for easy tear-off

ECO friendly biodegradable and compostable film available as an alternative to LD-PE

A 100% biodegradable and compostable material conforming with EN 13432 is available as an alternative to LD-PE.
